Once Upon a Time...

Hi! I'm Kylee, the founder of Ever After Learning, and I'm so glad you're here.

If you had asked me as a senior in high school what I wanted to do with my life, I would have told you I was headed to college to study science. Teaching wasn't even on my radar. But everything changed when I was asked to teach a class at my local dance studio. I almost said no, convinced it wasn't for me. Instead, I discovered a passion I never knew I had.

That experience changed the course of my life. I switched my major to Dance Education and began what has become a lifelong love of teaching children.

Over the years, I had the privilege of teaching dance in an elementary school, where I learned that some of the greatest lessons happen when children feel encouraged, supported, and excited to learn. Eventually, I felt called to the classroom and became a kindergarten teacher. Those years strengthened my passion for helping young learners build confidence, develop strong academic foundations, and discover the joy of learning through creativity and meaningful experiences.

In February 2026, my husband and I welcomed our beautiful son into the world. Becoming a mom gave me a new perspective—not only on parenting, but on education. While I loved teaching in a traditional classroom, I knew I wanted the flexibility to be present with my family while continuing to do what I love most: helping children learn and grow.

That's how Ever After Learning began.

Ever After Learning is built on the belief that every child deserves to feel confident, capable, and excited about learning. My goal is to create engaging, personalized experiences where children are encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and celebrate every milestone along the way. Whether we're strengthening reading and math skills, diving into hands-on enrichment activities, or making memories during Fun Fridays, I want every child to leave believing they can succeed.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and son, reading a good children's book, planning creative learning activities, or dreaming up new adventures for my students.
